U ovom vodi\u010du prolazimo kroz pumpe, rezervoare, ventile, hla\u0111enje i dimenzionisanje \u2013 sve \u0161to treba da znate da bi se sanduk dizao brzo, bezbedno i bez \u201ekuvanja\u201c sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160ta \u010dini dobru kiper hidrauliku<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kiper sistem naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e radi sa jednom teleskopskom cilindrom (single-acting). Pumpa obezbe\u0111uje protok i pritisak, ventil upravlja smerom i sigurno\u0161\u0107u, rezervoar skladi\u0161ti ulje i omogu\u0107ava hla\u0111enje, a cevi\/creva i filteri dr\u017ee sve \u010disto i pod kontrolom. Za kipere su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e zup\u010daste (robustne, povoljne), a u zahtevnijim sistemima i klipne (ve\u0107a efikasnost, manji pad protoka pri vi\u0161im pritiscima). Pogon ide sa PTO (power take-off) na menja\u010du ili motoru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protok (L\/min). Protok odre\u0111uje brzinu dizanja. Grubo pravilo za kiper:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>50\u201380 L\/min<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> za lak\u0161e kipere i kra\u0107e cilindre,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>80\u2013120 L\/min<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> za te\u017ee poslove i du\u017ee teleskope.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pritisak (bar). Teleskopski cilindri \u010desto rade do 180\u2013220 bar, a sistemska pode\u0161avanja idu do 250 bar uz sigurnosni ventil. Nemojte \u201epumpati\u201c pritisak iznad preporuke cilindra i ventila \u2013 br\u017ee di\u017ee samo temperaturu, ne i sanduk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PTO izbor. Za zimsku upotrebu ili gu\u0161\u0107e ulje planirajte malo rezerve.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rezervoar: zapremina, ugradnja i filtracija<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Koliko velik?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dva prakti\u010dna pravila:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>1\u20131,5\u00d7 ukupne zapremine cilindra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (sabrati sve sekcije teleskopa), ili<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u22481\u00d7 minutnog protoka pumpe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (npr. pumpa 80 L\/min \u2192 rezervoar 80\u2013100 L).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za kipere su \u010desti rezervoari <\/span><b>60\u2013120 L<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a kod te\u0161kih poluprikolica i ve\u0107i. Ako radite <\/span><b>\u010deste cikluse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> na kratkim relacijama (gradili\u0161te), idite na gornju granicu \u2013 ulje treba vreme i povr\u0161inu da se ohladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ugradnja.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Rezervoar postavite:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">iznad nivoa pumpe (kra\u0107a, \u010dista usisna linija),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sa <\/span><b>odvaja\u010dem vazduha\/breatherom<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i pokaziva\u010dem nivoa\/temperature,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uz <\/span><b>povratni filter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (10\u201325 \u03bcm) pre ulaska u rezervoar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Usisni \u201esita\u201c filteri deluju logi\u010dno, ali \u010desto gu\u0161e usis \u2013 bolje je \u010dist povrat + magneti\/\u010depovi i dobra servisna disciplina.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventili i sigurnost: srce kontrole<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Kiper ventil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (razvodnik sa sigurnosnim ventilom) upravlja dizanjem\/spu\u0161tanjem. Potra\u017eite:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prekostni (overcenter) ili protivpovratni ventil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 dr\u017ei sanduk, spre\u010dava nekontrolisano spu\u0161tanje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sigurnosni ventil (relief)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 kalibri\u0161e maksimalni pritisak (tipi\u010dno 200\u2013220 bar).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kontrola spu\u0161tanja<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 fino doziranje povratka (gravitaciono spu\u0161tanje), da teret ne zaljulja vozilo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za raspodelu sile i stabilnost pri kipovanju svakako vredi pro\u010ditati vodi\u010d o<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkantrailer.rs\/en\/raspodela-tereta-u-kiperskim-prikolicama\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raspodeli tereta u kiperskim prikolicama<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hla\u0111enje ulja: kada hladnjak postaje obavezan<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako vozilo radi <\/span><b>intenzivne cikluse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (niz istovara bez pauze) ili leti na visokim temperaturama, ulje kre\u0107e da \u201e\u0161eprtlja\u201c.
