Tu na scenu stupa <\/span><b>podizna osovina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u0161tedi gume, smanjuje otpor i olak\u0161ava manevrisanje. Ali samo kad je ispravno pode\u0161ena. U nastavku idemo kroz praksu: kako radi, koji su tipovi senzora, kako se kalibri\u0161e, \u0161ta naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e crkava i kako da to spre\u010dite.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160ta je podizna osovina i kada je koristiti<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Podizna osovina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je dodatna osovina (naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e prva ili poslednja na triosovinskim poluprikolicama) koja se po potrebi podi\u017ee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koristi se kada ste prazni ili poluprazni, i to zbog:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manje potro\u0161nje goriva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (manji kontakt s podlogom = manji otpor kotrljanja).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manjeg habanja guma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (nema potrebe da tri osovine \u201cmelju\u201d asfalt kad roba ne pritiska).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Lak\u0161eg skretanja i parkiranja<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (kra\u0107i trag i manji bo\u010dni otpor).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kad natovarite \u2013 spustite je. Raspodela osovinskog optere\u0107enja i ko\u010denje zavise od svih osovina na zemlji. Ako \u010desto vozite kiperske ture, bacite pogled i na raspodelu tereta \u2013 to je pola sre\u0107e pravilne eksploatacije:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkantrailer.rs\/en\/raspodela-tereta-u-kiperskim-prikolicama\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raspodela tereta u kiperskim prikolicama<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipovi sistema: ru\u010dno, pneumatsko, automatsko (EBS)<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ru\u010dni\/manuelni podiza\u010d:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Klasi\u010dan ventil ili prekida\u010d u kabini\/na ramu. Voza\u010d odlu\u010duje kada di\u017ee\/spu\u0161ta. Jednostavno, ali oslanja se na ljudski faktor (zaborav se pla\u0107a gumama).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pneumatski sa pragom pritiska:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sistem \u201cslu\u0161a\u201d pritisak u vazdu\u0161nim jastucima kao indikator optere\u0107enja. Kad pritisak pre\u0111e prag \u2013 osovina se spu\u0161ta; ispod praga \u2013 podi\u017ee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Automatski preko EBS\/ECU:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Elektronska kontrolna jedinica (EBS\/TEBS) kombinuje podatke (pritisak u jastucima, brzina, signal ko\u010denja, ponekad senzor polo\u017eaja) i sama upravlja osovinom. Najpreciznije i najpametnije re\u0161enje za flote koje \u017eele ujedna\u010denu potro\u0161nju i kontrolu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako radite sa kiperima i \u010desto trpite promenljiv centar mase, obavezno pregledajte i izbor nadgradnje \u2013 dobra \u0161asija i nadogradnja rastere\u0107uju podiznu osovinu u kriti\u010dnim trenucima:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkantrailer.rs\/en\/tipper-bodies\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kiper nadgradnje<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za \u0161iru sliku \u0161ta danas prolazi na gradili\u0161tu, pogledajte i vodi\u010d:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkantrailer.rs\/en\/najbolje-kiper-nadgradnje-za-gradjevinsku-industriju\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">najbolje kiper nadgradnje za gra\u0111evinsku industriju<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Senzori: koji su, gde su i \u0161ta gledaju<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U praksi \u0107ete sresti tri glavne \u201cvrste informacija\u201d za <\/span><b>podiznu osovinu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Senzor pritiska u jastuku<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Montira se na vazdu\u0161ni krug oslanjanja.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Pru\u017ea analogni signal (npr. 0\u201310 V ili 4\u201320 mA) ka ECU ili ventilskom bloku.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Prednost: jeftin i robustan. Mana: mora se precizno kalibrisati da \u201cprag optere\u0107enja\u201d odgovara stvarnosti.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Senzor polo\u017eaja (levelling \/ potenciometar \/ Hall)<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Gleda visinu\/ugao oslanjanja (odnosno visinu mosta \u0161asije prema osovini).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Poma\u017ee ECU da zna stvarnu geometriju, korisno kod kipera i promenljivog te\u017ei\u0161ta.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Senzor brzine i signali EBS-a<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 ECU ne\u0107e dozvoliti podizanje\/spu\u0161tanje pri odre\u0111eno visokim brzinama ili tokom sna\u017enog ko\u010denja.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 \u010cuva stabilnost i gume (da ne \u201co\u0161i\u0161ate\u201d gazni sloj pri pogre\u0161nom trenutku).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pode\u0161avanje (kalibracija) \u2013 korak po korak<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipi\u010dan, bezbedan \u201cprotokol\u201d (u gara\u017ei, ravna podloga, podmeta\u010di pod to\u010dkovima):<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mehanika i vizuelni pregled<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proverite poluge, sajle, osovine, jastuke i cevi. Nema pukotina, izvla\u010denja, krivljenja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le\u017eajevi ru\u010dnog ventila i oslonci da su bez zazora.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vazduh \u2013 zategnutost sistema<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Napunite sistem, naprskajte spojeve sapunicom. Nema mehuri\u0107a = nema curenja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zabele\u017eite pritisak u jastucima \u201cprazno\u201d i \u201cpod optere\u0107enjem\u201d.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Elektrika i signali<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proverite konektore, kontakte i kablove do senzora pritiska\/polo\u017eaja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izmerite napon\/struju senzora. Uporedite sa specifikacijom proizvo\u0111a\u010da.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kalibracija praga<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kod pneumatskog re\u0161enja: setujte prag da osovina <\/span><b>ostaje podignuta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do recimo ~25\u201330% ukupnog korisnog optere\u0107enja, a <\/span><b>spu\u0161ta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se iznad tog praga.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kod EBS: u\u0111ite u dijagnostiku (servisni alat), izaberite model, unesite \u017eeljene pragove (u kPa\/bar ili u procentu optere\u0107enja osovina) i potvrdite \u201cteach-in\u201d.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Test vo\u017enja<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prazno: treba da ostane podignuta do zadatog praga.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delimi\u010dno natovareno: posmatrajte moment spu\u0161tanja; treba da bude konzistentan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puno: osovina mora da je dole u svim re\u017eimima, bez \u201c\u0161etanja\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mali trik iz prakse:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ako \u010desto vozite \u201cna ivici\u201d praga, pomerite ga mrvicu navi\u0161e da izbegnete stalno dizanje\/spu\u0161tanje u gradskoj gu\u017evi. Gume \u0107e vam biti zahvalne.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e gre\u0161ke i kako ih re\u0161iti<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Curenje vazduha:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Simptomi: osovina \u201cne\u0107e gore\u201d, polako pada posle podizanja, sistem \u010desto dopunjava. Re\u0161enje: sapunica, zamena O-ringova, provera ventila i fitinga. Ne zaboravite su\u0161a\u010d \u2013 vlaga ubija ventile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Lo\u0161a kalibracija praga:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Simptomi: osovina spu\u0161ta prerano (i tro\u0161i gume) ili ostaje podignuta kad je poluprikolica te\u0161ka. Re\u0161enje: ponovite teach-in sa ta\u010dnim masama ili referentnim pritiscima.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Neispravan senzor pritiska\/polo\u017eaja:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Simptomi: nerealne vrednosti u dijagnostici, osovina \u201cproizvoljno\u201d menja stanje. Re\u0161enje: provera napajanja, mase i signala; po potrebi zamena senzora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>O\u0161te\u0107eni kablovi\/konektori:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Simptomi: povremeni prekidi, gre\u0161ke EBS-a pri ki\u0161i ili posle pranja. Re\u0161enje: o\u010distiti kontakte, zameniti oksidovane pinove, za\u0161tititi spoj termo-bu\u017eirima.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Softverska blokada (bezbednosna logika):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Simptomi: ne\u0107e da podigne pri ve\u0107oj brzini ili pri ko\u010denju. Re\u0161enje: to je normalno \u2013 ECU vas \u0161titi. Proverite uslove pod kojima je dozvoljena komanda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Neujedna\u010dene visine jastuka:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Simptomi: prikolica \u201ckrivi\u201d, habanje guma u \u0161arama. Re\u0161enje: izmerite visine, poravnajte levelling poluge, sinhronizujte ventile.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odr\u017eavanje: mali ritual koji spa\u0161ava gume<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mese\u010dno:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vizuelni pregled creva, jastuka i kablova; kratka sapunica provera spojeva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Na 3\u20136 meseci:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> provera kalibracije praga, a\u017euriranje EBS parametara ako menjate konfiguraciju (visina platforme, tip guma).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Godi\u0161nje:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> servis ventila, filter su\u0161a\u010da vazduha, kompletan IT pregled konektora i masa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Posle svake intervencije na oslanjanju:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> obavezno ponovite teach-in. Promena visine = promena logike.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specifi\u010dnosti za kipere: nekoliko prakti\u010dnih napomena<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kod kipera se te\u017ei\u0161te tokom istovara brzo menja.
