Ceradna poluprikolica daje super pristup (bo\u010dno, odozgo, pozadi), ali to ne zna\u010di da teret mo\u017ee da se pona\u0161a kao na ekskurziji. Poenta je jednostavna: dobar razmak + pametni podmeta\u010di + pravilno vezivanje trakama = miran put i manje \u201eiznena\u0111enja\u201c na ko\u010denju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako vozi\u0161 ceradu \u010desto, baci pogled i na <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkantrailer.rs\/en\/kako-obezbediti-teret-u-ceradnoj-prikolici\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vodi\u010d o obezbe\u0111enju tereta<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (odli\u010dan za podsetnik pre ture).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre nego \u0161to vilju\u0161kar krene: mini-plan koji \u0161tedi \u017eivce<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre samog utovara paleta, uradi tri stvari (bukvalno 2 minuta posla):<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Zapi\u0161i raspored<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (makar na papiru): gde idu te\u0161ke, gde lake palete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Proveri anker ta\u010dke i pod<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: da nema o\u0161te\u0107enja, nauglavljenih ivica, \u201ezuba\u201c koji seku trake.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Razmisli o optere\u0107enju po osovinama<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: nije svejedno da li si \u201enagurao\u201c masu napred ili nazad.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Razmak: kad je 2\u20133 cm luksuz koji spre\u010dava haos<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kod utovara paleta, mnogi idu logikom \u201e\u0161to zbijenije to bolje\u201c. Zvu\u010di pametno dok ne shvati\u0161 da:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paleta nije savr\u0161eno pravilna,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pod nije uvek savr\u0161eno ravan,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a teret voli da \u201edi\u0161e\u201c kad kamion di\u0161e (neravnine, ko\u010denje, krivine).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Prakti\u010dno pravilo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ostavi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mali radni luft<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> izme\u0111u problemati\u010dnih ta\u010daka (izme\u0111u paleta razli\u010dite visine, izme\u0111u palete i bo\u010dnih elemenata, izme\u0111u poslednje palete i zadnjih vrata). Taj mali razmak omogu\u0107ava da ne do\u0111e do trenja, cepanja ambala\u017ee i \u201enaslanjanja\u201c na mesta koja ne treba da nose teret.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gde razmak najvi\u0161e zna\u010di<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Uz prednji zid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: ako prva paleta \u201enabije\u201c zid pri ko\u010denju, dobije\u0161 i o\u0161te\u0107enje robe i nervozu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Uz bo\u010dne strane<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: cerada nije naslon za teret (koliko god delovala kao da \u201edr\u017ei\u201c). Cerada je za\u0161tita od vremenskih uslova, ne zamena za vezivanje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Izme\u0111u redova<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: posebno kod me\u0161ovitog tereta (razli\u010dite ambala\u017ee, razli\u010dite visine).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podmeta\u010di: mali komadi drveta koji prave veliku razliku<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kad se ka\u017ee \u201epodmeta\u010di\u201c, neko pomisli na improvizaciju. U realnosti, podmeta\u010di su <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ozbiljan alat<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> za utovar paleta i stabilnost tereta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160ta podmeta\u010di rade (u praksi)<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Blokiraju pomeranje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: drveni blokovi\/grede spre\u010davaju da paleta \u201epro\u0161eta\u201c napred\u2013nazad ili bo\u010dno.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Raspore\u0111uju pritisak<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: naro\u010dito ako ima\u0161 palete sa osetljivom ambala\u017eom ili teret sa ta\u010dkastim optere\u0107enjem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u0160tite trake i robu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: u kombinaciji sa za\u0161titnicima ivica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gde ih postaviti<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kao \u201estopere\u201c uz kriti\u010dne palete (one koje imaju tendenciju klizanja).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kao razdvajanje kod tereta koji ne sme da se dodiruje (karton, bela tehnika, lakirane povr\u0161ine).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ispod \u201emek\u0161ih\u201c paleta ako \u017eeli\u0161 da izbegne\u0161 propadanje ili o\u0161te\u0107enje podnice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A kad ve\u0107 pri\u010damo o ceradi i konstrukciji: pogledaj <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkantrailer.rs\/en\/curtain-side-semi-trailers\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ponudu ceradnih\/plato poluprikolica<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (konstrukcija, sistem zatezanja, sertifikati).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protivklizne podloge: jeftin detalj, skupa korist<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako ima\u0161 mogu\u0107nost, ubaci protivklizne podloge na kriti\u010dnim mestima. One smanjuju pomeranje tereta i rastere\u0107uju trake (manje \u201erade\u201c na svakom ko\u010denju). Kao deo obavezne opreme, pominju se i u vodi\u010du za obezbe\u0111enje tereta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trake: nisu problem trake, nego \u201ekako si je zategao, majstore\u201c<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utovar paleta je pola posla. Druga polovina je vezivanje. Kod traka (kai\u0161eva) naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e gre\u0161ke su:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pogre\u0161an ugao zatezanja,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">premalo ta\u010daka vezivanja,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u0161te\u0107ene trake,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i ono klasi\u010dno: \u201ema dr\u017ei, ne brini\u201c (dok ne prestane da dr\u017ei).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Proveri etiketu i nosivost (LC) pre nego \u0161to \u201ezategne\u0161 do kraja\u201c<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trake imaju deklaracije nosivosti i to nije ukras. U vodi\u010du se posebno nagla\u0161ava da treba proveriti nosivost (LC) i koristiti odgovaraju\u0107e sertifikovane trake.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Ne uni\u0161tavaj robu zatezanjem<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preterano zatezanje mo\u017ee da deformi\u0161e ambala\u017eu ili o\u0161teti samu traku. Zate\u017ei ravnomerno i koristi za\u0161titnike ivica gde god ima o\u0161trih \u0107o\u0161kova (karton + traka = karton obi\u010dno izgubi).<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/balkantrailer.rs\/en\/kako-obezbediti-teret-u-ceradnoj-prikolici\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Kontrola posle prvih kilometara (da, ba\u0161 tada)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teret ume da \u201elegne\u201c, ambala\u017ea se slegne, a trake popuste malo.
